When we send you a services contract to sign online, the signing link is private to you. When you sign, we record your name, your drawn or typed initials and signature, the date and time, your IP address, and your browser details. This record is attached to your signed contract as a signature certificate and is kept with the contract for our business records. A copy of the signed contract is emailed to you and to us.
